Return Policy

We do not offer refunds on our products. Please contact us via email at contact@femalespewpew2.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with information if exchange is applicable. DO NOT try to return anything to manufacture, this will not get a return, exchange nor refund.  Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense unless error was on manufacture part.

If you received your order and it is defective, please email us at contact@femalespewpew2.com. You will receive instructions, keep in mind that only unworn items in the original packaging and tags attached will be accepted for exchanges. Pictures may be asked to be provided by customer.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

The following is a list of items that are ineligible for exchange:

-Items that are used
-Items that have been customized or personalized
THE ITEM MUST BE NEW, NEVER WORN, UNALTERED, TAGS ATTACHED AND FREE OF ANY FRAGRANCES OR SMELLS.

Special Orders, Limited Edition Items, and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and are final sale — no exceptions.

We do not offer exchanges on buyer’s remorse nor wrong size ordered.
